A downloadable project

these are some solar powered nanobots that are tasked with exploring the galaxy. they look directly at the sun when they want to recharge.

this planet seems to be covered in some sort of ooze, and strange rabbit ear plants grow here. the bots say the plants taste like watermelon jam

i drew these for the 4color art jam! this was just an excuse for me to get off my ass and do something, so i ended up decided to try and make 'pixel art'... well i ended up just sketching whatever like you might in an old paint program, rather than being tempted into making game sprites. i just fooled around with the colors of the theme and the pencil tool in the first image, and then came up with the basic thought... then iterated with the idea a bit as i went. the colors reminded me of watermelons.
